IRU: Manifesto 2024-2029 for EU commercial road transport

Barcelona, ​​July 16, 2024.– According to the IRU, the commercial road transport industry is the backbone of the EU’s economy and society. Road transport is more than just the delivery of goods and services; it is about connecting communities, supporting businesses and driving progress. IRU, the world transport organisation, representing over one million companies in the EU, outlines its vision for a safe, prosperous and sustainable passenger and goods road transport industry. Our priorities are defined around three key areas: people, environment and prosperity.
