Bruxelles, le 8 Novembre, 2016.- En pleine adéquation avec les objectifs de la COP22, Ambroise Fayolle, vice-Président de la Banque Européenne d’Investissement (BEI), et Frédéric Surdon, responsable mondial des Financements d’Actifs chez Société Générale CIB ont signé ce mardi 8 novembre 2016 un accord cadre de garantie d’un montant global de 150 millions d’euros pour soutenir des projets de construction navale favorisant le transport durable et la protection de l’environnement. La cérémonie de signature s’est déroulée aux Assises de la Mer à La Rochelle, en présence d’Alain Vidalies, Secrétaire d’État chargé des Transports, de la Mer et de la Pêche, de Frédéric Moncany de Saint-Aignan, Président du Cluster Maritime Français et de Gildas Maire, Président des Armateurs de France. Cet accord a été rendu possible grâce aux concours de la garantie européenne dans le cadre du Plan d’investissement pour l’Europe, appelé plus communément Plan Juncker et du Mécanisme pour l’Interconnexion en Europe (CEF).
