e-TMS is a transport management platform for any type of transport: full load, groupage, pallets, parcel, distribution. In the template for trips management you can view: company, (all the application is multi companies, multi delegations), person in charge, type of service, type of transport/merchandise, who ordains, origin/destination and measurement units. You can also view: tariffs, package detail, scheduling, and how the trip is going to be defined. You can access cartography, geographical positioning, ADR management, costs, and traceability. And for each order you can view, pallets, pallet interchanging’s, statistics and manage the Eco tax. For all the planning aspects we have different options, some options are best adapted to full load or pallets and other options are best adapted to distribution. We will always use filters. For example what do we have on standby, pending to be loaded? We have tools that will help you manage the loading of the truck, selecting a vehicle we can determine a maximum load per lineal meter, per pallets or any given scale we have determined. We have an allocation system determined by available resources in the system, we can determine capacity limits by kilos, units or by any given value, determined by total entries or by service. And you do allocations directly. We have other tools that are more visual like the graphic planning, where you can view the resources, a period of time, done services and pending services and you can allocate via drag and drop.

The searches are done from each screen via three systems: “Immediate searches via key words, and clicking on each column you can filter the information. Search system via a “magnifying glass “ button whereby we can filter on fields.And finally each user can create his own filters via any fields that exist in the trip template. For example you can have a filter on the ongoing year, name it, give an order criteria (for example trip numbers) and you can determine amongst all the fields you have on the screen what you want to view in our final filter. After you have done this process this filter will always be available for you to use. The product manager of AndSoft gives us a glimpse of the coming platform. We are still very excited with what we are creating and it will be on the market in a few years, with all our accumulated know how, on a business level and on a technological level. Road Costs Andoft: ERP Transport Software e-TMS Logistics
Pilu Morante, Product Manager Spain for AndSoft: Road cost is a module that enables you to manage expenses associated to a trip. It will give you the costs of the realization of a service between two points which include tunnel costs, tolls. Only on roads for industrial transport. It will offer you 3 itineraries taking into account duration and associated costs, carbon emissions per country, tunnels and tolls giving you the cost of the eco tax and in the end you will have a global cost. Then you can compare the various routes offered and decide which is best adapted to you be it because of associated costs or duration. In this particular case you can see that to go from Madrid to Frankfurt we have a route of 15 hours costing 283€, another route of 16 hours costing 296€ or a 22 hour route costing 250€. Once you have chosen a route the module enables you to do geofencing by defining passage points by which the truck most pass giving us information and setting off alarms determined by time and distance informing whether the truck is not going by the passage points.

Once you have established your routes, selecting a route you can send it to your driver’s mobile device either via mail or by SMS. The driver will receive an SMS or a mail with a link to a webpage. On this webpage appears the information about the trip, the driver that will be doing the trip and all the deliveries he has to do, and the information that the client decides to show. In our example you can view the origin, destination and dates. Clicking on each delivery you can program the events you want the driver to do: fill in an inquest, mark the delivery, inform of any delays, and notify an absence. And for each of these options you can decide what type of information you want to appear: time, parcels, and memos. You can also request confirmation or you can request a signature on the mobile device.
When the deliveries have been done the driver can see the deliveries that are pending and those he has done. Also for each of these deliveries he can attach documents to them: photos, recordings, videos that can be viewed through the application when they have been uploaded.
AndSoft e-FMS module
This is a module that enables you to manage your fleet and workshop. You can manage own vehicles or subcontracted vehicles: maintenances, repairs, and workshop costs. You can also control the operadora. You can manage the tires by detailing each tire, which vehicle it belongs to and on which axle it is situated. You can access the vehicles index card and in each index card you can access the record of each repair, maintenance, and positions by which it has been.You can also view the record of the costs of each vehicle grouped by typology, sub typology of vehicle, by type of cost, family, and subfamily and with all this information you can do statistics. For example you can do statistics related to consumptions per vehicle by number plate, by number plate and dates and you can create a graphic of these statistics.In the management of maintenances you can do controls by dates, by meters and you can input expiry dates alarms. You can also trace the number of times the maintenance has been done and on which invoice, with how may kilometers and at what dates.
